Migrating to TMS Collections

The Gallery Systems implementation team will work with you to configure TMS Collections to reflect your museum’s data entry requirements and workflows. Managed hosting of TMS Collections can be provided by Gallery Systems, or our technology experts can work with your IT team to provision your servers. In addition, Gallery Systems provides power user and end user training, as well as optional report-verification and other implementation services.

Budgeting for TMS Collections

TMS Collections is a free upgrade included as part of your TMS annual maintenance package. There is no charge to you for the software, but there are some setup and training services, as well as fees for Gallery Systems managed hosting or your own IT hardware. Your annual maintenance fees for TMS Collections are the same as what you currently pay for TMS maintenance.
