TMS is the cultural sector’s leading collection management system. Developed in partnership with museum professionals, TMS streamlines the way you capture, manage and access your collection information. Daily activities such as cataloguing, media tracking, and coordinating exhibitions, have never been easier.
Collection information is divided into ten integrated modules, or record types: Objects, Constituents, Media, Exhibitions, Loans, Shipping, Bibliography, Events, Sites and Insurance. Since the modules are interlinked, information is entered once, remaining consistent and accessible.
TMS is open architecture, so your collection data can be easily and seamlessly integrated with other management systems through either Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.

The EmbARK Product Line
Cataloguer
Educational organizations, visual resource libraries and private collectors across the globe use Cataloguer to effectively manage images, and record scholarly and technical information about objects. Cataloguer supports multiple digital media files per record and automatically generates reference thumbnails. Group records into thematic portfolios, or locate them through comprehensive search options. Import/export tools allow you to easily migrate data in or out of Cataloguer, and the report writer lets you design elegant reports and labels.

Collections Manager
While incorporating the standard features of Cataloguer, Collections Manager also tracks all aspects of an object’s history and use. Manage such activities as acquisitions, conservation, exhibitions, loans, shipping, valuations and more. Customize default EmbARK reports to create wall labels, incoming and outgoing receipts, checklists and letters.
EmbARK Web Kiosk
This add-on module publishes select data held in EmbARK Collections Manager or Cataloguer via the Internet. Visitors can peruse a virtual gallery by searching on specific criteria or by browsing through thematic portfolios and indexes. Choose the type of image you wish to share—Kiosk even supports high-res zooming with Zoomify.
EmbARK Arthur
Our newest addition to the EmbARK product line, EmbARK Arthur is a browser for sharing selections of your EmbARK data and images on read-only media like CD or DVD. It can also be used to publish an in-house Public Access Mode kiosk. Default graphics can be customized to alter the look-and-feel of the application. This is the perfect tool to create a cd-rom to sell in the gift shop or to share your collection with friends and family.
If you are a user of the discontinued ImageAXS product, special upgrades are available to EmbARK Cataloguer.
eMuseum is a web-based software program that integrates seamlessly with TMS and other collection management systems to dynamically publish information to your website, Intranet, and kiosks.
